Aurom supports many charities with added commitment given to The Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation and The Primrose Hospice. All donations are forwarded within 48 hours of equipment receipt with no administration expense taken. All donations are acknowledged direct to the customer by the charity concerned.

Commitment to take all equipment

We will process all equipment including those which are damaged (screens, aerials etc) and those which no longer work.

Tailor made service

We provide proactive and dedicated resource with all administrative responsibility taken by Aurom ensuring minimum disruption during the migration period. Our recycling service handles the whole process, working with you to maximise financial return and includes an on site valuation for significant handset numbers.

Equipment collection and processing

We offer a free of charge courier collection service and all equipment received is processed within 48 hours. Aurom Environmental works to ensure that the minimum of waste occurs. Following analysis a summary of equipment registered is issued together with value confirmation.

Payment processing

Following acceptance, proceeds are donated to charity within 48 hours or direct to your organisation against a VAT invoice.
